How buying works
- Make your copy with Get your copy and use it free for 14 days.
- Buy a plan. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT and sends your receipt.
- Your license key arrives by email. In the sidebar, open License (the key icon), paste the key and click Activate.
Questions
What does "per organization" mean?
One license is for one organization and works in up to 3 of its spreadsheets, for example this year's tracker, last year's and a test copy. Everyone you share a licensed spreadsheet with can use it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your tabs, formulas, highlights and dashboard keep working, and you can keep typing in them. Reminder emails, calendar sync, imports, report schedules and the sidebar's Add forms pause until you enter a key. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing page linked in your receipt. Your license works until the end of the period you paid for. Your spreadsheet and its data stay yours.
Do you give refunds?
Yes. If Grant Tracker does not work for you, email support@tidyfieldapps.com within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. See the refund policy.
Is there a version without a subscription?
Yes: the spreadsheet template is a one-time $19 download. It has the same tabs, dropdowns, highlights and dashboard formulas, but no reminders, calendar or sidebar.
