Refund policy

If Tidyfield Grant Tracker or the spreadsheet template does not work for you, email support@tidyfieldapps.com within 14 days of a payment, from the address you bought with, and we refund that payment in full. No forms and no questions you have to answer, though we are glad to hear what went wrong.
- This applies to the first payment and to every renewal.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
- A refunded subscription is cancelled and its license key stops working.
- To stop future renewals without a refund, cancel on the billing page; your license works until the end of the paid period.
Your local consumer law may give you further rights; this policy does not limit them.
