Terms of service

These terms apply when you copy or use Tidyfield Grant Tracker ("Grant Tracker") or buy the Grant Tracker spreadsheet template ("the template"). Tidyfield is run by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact: support@tidyfieldapps.com.

1. The products

Grant Tracker is a Google Sheets spreadsheet with a script. You make your own copy, which runs in your Google account. The template is a downloadable spreadsheet file with no script.

2. Trial and license

Your copy of Grant Tracker includes a 14-day free trial. After that, reminder emails, calendar sync, imports, report schedules and the sidebar's Add forms need a license key. A license is for one organization and works in up to 3 spreadsheets. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your license then works until the end of the paid period. The template is a one-time purchase for use within your organization.

3. Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. Its buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future periods with notice.

4. Refunds

If a product does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. See the refund policy.

5. Your copy and the code

You may use and adapt your copy and the template for your organization. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the spreadsheet, the template or the code, share license keys outside your organization, or remove the license checks.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you put in your tracker, for the addresses you send reminder emails to, and for sharing the spreadsheet only with people who should see it.

7. Google

Grant Tracker runs on Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Gmail sending, under Google's terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages at Google.

8. No guarantee

The products are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and reliable, but reminders and calendar entries depend on the data you enter and on Google's services, so always check important deadlines yourself. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed deadline or lost funding, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the date at the top. You can stop using the products at any time. We may end a license that breaks these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of REPLACE-WITH-GOVERNING-LAW, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
